Resolution dispensing with statutory bidding procedures due to conditions of urgent necessity. WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the Northwest School District has determined the immediate need to commence lengthy repairs of the damaged building façade due to brick delamination which could create a safety hazard building occupants and bystanders.
